Domestic Violence Victims
Why most people remain in abusive relationships, as the children are going to be taken in many cases the abusive spouse stages the abused parent as incompetent or mentally ill.

Research is never a reason to violate a victims rights to self determination and every victim has the sole purpose of protecting their children from harms caused by others who do not understand children research is highly subjective, therefore tactics are not justifiable without complete transparency and no bias. 

A child exposed to domestic abuse DOES NOT imply harm to the child.
