50-80% export figure needs to be taken in context
BAN suggests an alteration to the text of the Draft Technical Guidelines where a study is cited as source for the figure of 50-80 percent exports.

"This as altered is the claim actually made which is different than what was stated here.  It was based on interviews with many in the business in North America and then one very knowledgeable individual was cited with the figure in the report."
