The exemption article 26b should be applicable for used whole equipment not for their components in order to avoid possible risk. If there are the specific components, which need to be specially considered, the specific components should be listed here. Thus, it is suggested to remove ‘and their components’ in the head paragraph of article 26b and add ‘shall be respected and’ in criteria i”
