Guidelines need ability to establish evolving list of e-wastes
As electronics become incorporated into a growing number of items, the Guidelines need the ability to specify an evolving list of such items that will be considered e-waste.

“Se desarrolle un nuevo listado en un Anexo, con aquellos e-waste que no serían considerados inicialmente como residuos peligrosos. Por ejemplo, la guía debería estar en capacidad de dictar lineamientos para dar claridad sobre cómo por ejemplo, se clasificarían los siguientes desechos en el caso de un movimiento transfronterizo: lavadoras, secadoras, planchas, hornos microondas, computadores, teléfonos celulares, consolas portátiles, video juegos, tostadores, herramientas eléctricas, etc.”
