Should classify household e-waste as 'other waste'

“Waste electronic and electrical equipment, generated by the household, should be classified as other waste in the annex II of Basel Convention, and should be applicable for PIC procedure regulated by Basel Convention. It should be high concerned if the concept of economic value be involved into the definition of waste.”
