Proposed list is too narrow in scope
The proposed list of hazardous substances focuses mostly on consumer equipment, especially computers and displays. As a consequence, the list will provide minimal guidance on a a wide variety of other electronic equipment e.g., medical equipment or professional equipment.

“The list should be removed.  In addion [sic] to the concern identified above, the BAN table is limited in scope, focusing on computers and displays, which provides minimal to no guidance on a wide variety of other electronic products such as medical devices.”
