“We would suggest to find a more specific wording for paragraph 2 in order to clarify that the guidelines focus on the whole equipments [sic] (that is e.g. a computer, a refrigerator, a cell phone, etc.) and do not consider materials removed from the equipment on which there could be consensus that they are e-wastes (e.g., activated glasses of screens, cables, etc.).”
