Ecumenicalism
It is necessary to incorporate "everything that works" as we develop theories of mind. Connectonism, symbolicism, neuroscience, and perhaps other approaches will contribute to our understanding of how the mind operates.

Ecumenicalism has been called "theoretical pluralism" by William James.
