Can we ban Killer Robots?
It seems inevitable that robots will be used for warfare and law enforcement. Is it possible to ban them? The implication is the "killer" robots have autonomy or intelligence, but no reason or emotional qualms. Can this apply to an entity that is not necessarily contained in a weaponized machine, but instead making decisions for us such as "launch nuclear weapons in case X."
