Blindsight explained by faulty scanners
Internal scanning model's supported by blindsight victims. Blindsighters receive perceptual input—level-1 activity—but aren't conscious of that internal activity due to a failure of their high-order scanners—a failure of level 2 and 3 activities.

Blindsight: people with blindsight claim to be blind in some part of their visual field yet are able, under forced-choice circumstances to guess correctly about objects in that portion of their visual field.
