2003 Geneva Accord
The official Geneva Accord failed. In December 2003, Yossi Beilin (an Israeli architect of the Oslo Accord) and Yasser Abed Rabbo (former Palestinian Information Minister) announced an informal one which reversed the concept of the Road Map.
