Weight Wins
The Weight Wins program uses motivation, not method, as the key to successful weight loss. Led by its founder, Winton Rossiter, Weight Wins has developed and refined its leading behavior change model since 2008. Based on personal incentive plans, the system, originally known as ’Pounds for Pounds’, was successfully trialled by the British National Health Service. Individuals commit to lose and maintain weight and earn guaranteed cash rewards as they succeed.

We take a long-term, ‘whole population’ approach as demanded by healthcare and corporate clients. Our objective is permanent weight loss for a majority of a participating population, using collective weight loss at the one, two and five year mark as key indicators.

Our protocols maximize sustained individual weight loss. Participants who complete a plan receive easy-to-follow ‘maintenance’ plans. Lagging participants are ‘rebooted’ and dropouts are reactivated. The system offers total accountability, capturing the weights of all participants – including inactive participants – up to five years.

The Weight Wins program is efficiently delivered to large populations by Internet and mobile devices. It may be tailored to clients’ needs, with options for program length, weight reporting method, reward sizing, co-funding, educational modules, physician support, and expert coaching.
