Countries are a term used by many in the way we refer to Nations
Tribal nations are nations within the boundaries of a nation

A world defines the whole planetary boundary.

    Domestic Tax systems would manage the taxation of any natural resources, protecting the bio-diversity and enabling the resilience of vital resources which maintain and sustain the people and planet.
