Gov 2.0 Summit in Washington D.C., September 7–8 2010.
The initiative was stimulated by a
blog post by Paul Graham of venture capital firm Y Combinator, and StartupVisa.com was created by Eric Ries, Dave McClure, Shervin Pishevar, Brad Feld, Paul Kedrosky, Manu Kumar, and Fred Wilson to raise awareness of and change US immigration policy with respect to visa treatement of foreign entrepreneurs.
