This may be an effective NrH compromise of Name conventions

- H(0th middle)W(1st Sur) - which would only be a 2char string
- PobTob - the value of which will likely be a unique global ID
- promote this at the UN global level
- buildIt (regardless) since AliasLinks will then be inevitable.
