S6-1: costs, given live/die decision is solely mother's
If you thought mothers SHOULD get to choose whether or not the life of a healthy, viable fetus is terminated, thus potentially denying people the opportunity to provide care at their own expense, should the rules be such that taxpayers are OBLIGATED to pay for the care of preemies, even though they have no say in the life/death decision? (Regardless of whether either are healthy or not.)
