This is the pranayama material I was prompted to develop when I was developing the breathing side of C4 with Wini. The use of the breath in C4 should be mentioned in this article but this is an article in itself - possibly several if I provide greater detail on the different techniques and their benefits.

This appendix contains most of the material and there will be useful pieces of supporting material throughout the case study. People are now familiar with mindfulness breathing techniques - but there is so much more that is possible!
