Transfer the Arab population
Transfer the arab populations in Israel  (inc. disputed territories) to another arab country (principally Jordan and Egypt).
In 1920, the British accepted the League of Nations Mandate in Palestine, which included the whole of Israel and Jordan.  In 1922, Britain partitioned the land of Palestine into "Trans-Jordan" (the land to the East of the Jordan river) and "Palestine" (land to the West of the river).  In return for access to Saudi oil, the British gave "Trans-Jordan" to a Saudi emir, Abdullah as a kingdom and prevented Jews from entering this territory.  Jordan is an arab nation possessing around 75% of the land of Palestine.

Furthermore, after the founding of the State of Israel, around 800,000 Jews were forced from their homes in Arab countries in the region without compensation for their property.  600,000 of these refugees were absorbed into Israel.
