The purpose of this graph is to explore the intersection between the eastern wisdom traditions (EWT) and the high touch professions, particularly professional supervision so that the potential contributions to each field can be identified.

The EWTs that I am particularly interested in are: Mahayana and Vajrayana Buddhism, Taoism, Yoga, Zoroastrianism and Sufism. These are the EWTs that have played roles in my life through theory and practice.
The map is designed to capture all the research I am aware I would like to complete over my career in supervision. I refer to the research programme as Wisdom Supervision. This debategraph is where I have put my thoughts on all the aspects of Eastern thought which could usefully be brought into dialogue with (interdisciplinary) supervision as a field.
