Given that SolrAgentFramework has a built in blackboard, using a configuration switch, it should be possible that the framework continuously polls SolrInterceptor and keeps the local blackboard full of Solr documents to process.
This behavior is well suited to these use cases:
- Topic Map merging
- Resource harvesting based on new Solr documents
