MULTISECTORAL ADVISORY GROUP
To advise the government on its anticorruption strategy and monitor progress on a regular basis, a multisectoral advisory group of national and international experts should be set up. This group should include
prominent Filipino citizens who represent civil society efforts to combat corruption. Efforts should also be made to establish a proactive partnership with civil society institutions to monitor government performance and to encourage the private sector to improve its own behavior.
