  • Local & seasonal: Food Climate Research Network states lowest climate impact is from UK-grown, seasonal fruit and veg.
  • Organic: UN FAO says “There is scientific evidence that organic farming sequesters more carbon.”
  • Less meat, local meat - Manchester University found Gold menu had: 47% lower climate impact where local beef replaced Brazilian and up to 25% less where 1 meat-free day each week.
