The Department of Agriculture and Food (DAFWA) invites comments on draft regulations under the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Act 2007 (BAM Act). The new Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Regulations 2011 modernise and consolidate existing legislation to manage pest plants and animals at and within the State’s borders. These regulations are one of seven sets of regulations that have been or will be finalised under the BAM Act.
