I agree that what Arizona is doing is creating harrassment among hispanics. For police to stop and question some who looks 'illegal' is completely racist. These types of acts date back as far as world war 2.

For example, this type of act dates back to when hitler wanted and DID throw out, kill, and mutilate people based on their religion, race, and looks. It might sound extreme, but this is exactly what we are doing now. Arizona laws are targeting a certain ethnic group and legally allowing police to stop, question, and arrest solely based on what they look like. What is wrong in Arizona is that Mexicans are not the only people who are immgrating into the U.S.

On the website, migrationinformation.org, show that 46.9% of immigrants are hispanic, 23.9% are Asian, 8.2% black, 17.5% other race and 1.7% two or more races. These statistics show that stopping "Mexicans" is discriminating and racist because Asians also make up a good amount of our immigrants. What is so faulty and racist about this law is that the media, as well as this law, only depict Mexicans being stopped but when do you see an Asian getting pulled over and getting asked for documentation? NEVER!!

This law is incredibly racist and can eventually cause our horrible history to repeat. We need to stop this law now because its only creating negativity in our society.
