HEA of 1965 should be amended to improve education of sexual assaults
HEA, Higher Education Act, of 1965 signed by Lyndon B. Johnson provides financial assistance and other resources for students pursuing postsecondary and higher education. Title II allocates funds to increase library collections and number of employed librarians. Title III focuses on strengthening "developing institutions" that hve not yet met the minimum standards for accredidation.
