Unconscious intentional zombies are impossible
An unconscious zombie's thoughts can't become conscious, so can't have a perspective—aspectual shape—and hence lack intentionality. So, there can't be a unconscious zombie also capable of having a thought about something—an intentional state.
The mental states of an unconscious zombie can't become conscious, thoughts that can't become conscious can't have a perspective—an aspectual shape—and without aspectual shape, there's no intentionality.

So, there can't be a totally unconscious zombie that's also capable of having a thought about something—an intentional state.

John Searle (1990a).
