France and biomass energy plants
France government encourages constructions of biomass energy plants. French Ecology and Energy Minister Jean-Louis Borloo announced that government is committed to increase biomass energy plant’s produced energy to 1000 MW. Currently, the total capacity of biomass energy plants is 700 MW
