Random Phenomenon
A phenomenon sometimes seems random because we do not understand it well enough. In the world of the infinitely small, randomness does not stem from a lack of understanding: it is an intrinsic property of elementary particles. Each process probability can be calculated, but not its exact occurrence time. A considerable amount of data needs to be collected to extract tiny signals.
