By launching Express Consent, it will offer our preferred clients the ability to access "Curbside"v or "My Data" whiich will allow them to confirm personal information about themselves insuring accurancy.

Ideally then having preferrred status they are able to streamline and fast track.

If looking to purchase a new property, they can put in parameters and our app will generate a list.

This should be interactive with two buttons to engage our users.

My vision for this long term would be to offer one stop shop.

Customers can value their existing home. see cuurent listing that are more detailed than current Realtor.ca.

Will have a mortgage calculator for ease of use.

In the dream world we could connect agent and client and minimize the stress of transaction.

Ideally we partner with only top agents with industry experience to minimize mistakes and hopefully make it seemless to customers.
