Inclusion into what?
The word "inclusion" implies the existence of "in" and "out". We insiders take for granted that "in" is better than "out". There are two kinds of insiders: the progresistas, who want outsiders to get in, and the conservadores, who want them to stay out. One challenge might be shifting our focus from the frontier between in and out, and considering both together as a sub-system, which is part of a bigger system (please see details).
For example: if “inside” were a sinking boat, would it be right for the progresistas to bring more people inside? Would it be relevant for the conservadores to keep expelling people? The best strategy might be to jump out of the boat and swim as far as we can before it sinks completely and drags us to the deep. Until we shift the focus to the whole, we have no way to give a serious answer to these questions.
