How do we care for consciousness?

Consciousness Care is all the ways we care for consciousness.

This includes diet, exercise, meditation, drugs and talking to people such as, for example, coaches (e.g. life and wellness coaches, helplines and help networks, such as the Hearing Voices Network) and psychologists, and family and friends.
