The WHO Healthy Workplaces Model [1] encompasses five main criteria which are outlined in the Five Keys to Healthy Workplaces flyer. The scheme was devised following the 2011 United Nations high level meeting on non-communicable diseases and is aimed at guiding companies to help achieve the WHO global plan of action on workers’ health by 2017 [2].
