Women
Discreet bias against women in executive roles or public office. Even in hiring for a role in a meaningful economic opportunity, women are often overlooked by recruiters and by design of the requisition to hire specifications. Women are unlikely to apply for roles if they are not fully qualified or fall short on a few requirements. Women are less likely to refer a woman for employment.A good percentage of hiring is employee referrals.
