How much B12 and when?
There seems to be some confusion about whether we need a daily supplement or a weekly supplement (or even a monthly supplement) of the typical supplement sizes (500-5000mcg) given the small amount of B12 needed daily and the ability of the body to store B12 in the liver. What's the right answer?
