"Ideal form"': one ideal form for all types of firms?
There are many different types of companies -- resource extraction, production, trading, marketing, financial services etc. Some use big equipment, others more skilled personnel etc. Different climates,government structures, culture etc. Is it meaningful to postulate one ideal form for all?
