Creating a Supply Chain to support multiple organizations
In the military leaders use maps to show where enemy forces are concentrated and have sophisticated supply chain strategies to make sure our troops are in the right places and have better training, weapons, uniforms and supplies.
One of the most important goals of the Tutor/Mentor Institute is supporting the efforts of leaders who will use business and military planning models to create strategies that make youth development, mentoring and learning programs available in more places and provide the on-going support each program needs to constantly improve the work they are doing.
