Status: Need to break stereotypes via role models and mentoring
50% of the population are women. Women will make smart growth possible. There is no place for gender equality fatigue!
The main emerging elements—building on a three month consultation and the Budapest Declaration—are based on breaking stereotypes by providing role models (real or imaginary), mentoring systems across the sector to encourage women to remain the sector and finally facilitate women entrepreneurs.

Six vertical and two horizontal areas where specific activities could be undertaken were identified. There was a bottom up approach with the constituency to set two priorities per area, assess impact, time and cost of implementation and actors involved.
