| Απόσπασμα- We've seen deals like this for years. There was one in Helmand a few years ago in Afghanistan that fell apart, and we've seen many on the Pakistan side of the border. But without treating this sort of agreement in a more comprehensive settlement, it's likely to fall apart. |
