In Silicon Valley, we had audits on our police fingerprinting system. The original report was rather disturbing to learn, we had made countless arrest without people in positions to qualify the prints.

A year later we had an audit on our process and tools that inform CODIS in the FBI systems.
Using the worst approach to reports, 100 samples of these 47 were not eligible to go to CODIS.

Work Clearance and an ability to protect each citizen requires services which alert the person they are no longer clear to work, is a vital health and safety concern.
