For Instance: Download the grants from Grants.gov as a single example of a commitments registry.  Each row represents a funding mechanism at the local level.  Group the work and supply the Worldwide Web we want with the funds to generate access to the sustainable offers rather than forcing many small projects cost on each and all rows.

This would both finance restoration of damage to the Earth System and provide a basic income for all people. A basic income for all people is touched upon in Parts I and III.
