Smart negotiation
Smart negotiation was an option for cyberweek. Using the smart negotiation as an internet based way of resolving small claims court like problems. It seemed to be very effective on the lowscale/not caring about money part. I dont know how effective it would be if real money was in question.
The idea for enegotiations is great i don't think we are ready for it.  The time and expenses that enegotiations save is countered by the lack of communication and real time conversing.  It's very simple and straight forward.  I don't think people would feel like it was real, or there was any actual authority behind it.
