DUHS wasted health care $'s chasing integrated info
Over a six year time period Duke U. Health System (DUHS) changed its pharmacy information vendor five times in an attempt to integrate pharmacy information with its EHR.  This was after the Durham VA offered VA VisTa to DUHS  for 250 dollars.
