Maciej (Maciek) Boni is the Centre's Informatics Fellow at the Viet Nam unit of the
Wellcome Trust South-east Asia Programme. Maciek's interests revolve around the evolution and spread of infectious disease; specifically, influenza dynamics and antigenic drift, evolution of antimalarial resistance and antibiotic resistance, and detecting recombination and reassortment in infectious pathogens.
