User-selected (manual) ordering of the Outline tab items
Consider node #88873. Here the subject is "What about Internet freedom in Tunisia". I have reorganised the content into 3 items there:
1. Tunisia has had, for a long time, a relatively advanced technological environment
2. Government has set up a strong control of the Internet
3. During the events, this control was reinforced

The most natural way to order this in this way is that I manually select a node in the Context View and move it up or down, and then it stays there, even if I rephrase it. The default could be by rating, by alphabetical order, or by chronological order (of creation), it doesn't matter. But the user should be able to override the default.

I think the ideal behaviour would be similar to what you do in Freemind: use Ctrl-Up to move an item up the list and Ctrl-Down to move it down.
