The Trust for the Americas, a nonprofit affiliated to the Oragnization of American States (OAS), fosters partnerships between corporations, foundations, government agencies, and academic institutions in the Americas.
Its mission is to mobilize resources to confront extreme poverty and to promote democracy through actions that are environmentally, economically, and socially sustainable, reflecting the central goals of the OAS.
Through the Trust for the Americas, Microsoft supports the "Mi Llave" program, which provides ICT, vocatoinal, and entrepreneurial training to displaced people.
