| Extrait - In a time of perceived crisis or attack, the Russian and U.S. presidents have three and eight minutes, respectively, to make a decision to order an attack against each other. After the firing of those missiles, launch to landing time for Russian missiles is about 25 minutes. For U.S. missiles, it is 10 minutes.
