Taking the Lead
In all organizations top leaders must sometimes administer sanctions for offenses, be a spokesperson, take the heat for things done or undone, etc. But otherwise they disperse responsibility as much as possible. Develop people by asking questions. Expect answers. Direct them only when necessary.
