What should be the cost of Knowledge?

As we already saw, Bootstraping and Augmentation will happen basically in a community way sharing knowledge, co-creating and augmenting our capabilities. What I´ve observed is that Universities and the Academy didn´t facilitate the access to the knowledge due that the final product, the research, have a cost and is not easily shared. It was industrialized though the publisher industry that also looks as a very concentrated market.

Should the academy to promote this industry?

Do have sense in the digital era?

What should be the right price?

Where is the feedback loop here?
