COG (implemented model)
COG is a humanoid robot composed of a series of interconnected (but independently functional) systems controlled by set of parallel processors.
COG currently consists of a trunk, head, arms, and a sophisticated visual system. Planned additions include hands, vocalisation ability, a vestibular system, and skin. Cog is intended to be as fully part of the real world as possible, both by having a body and by interacting in a real (as opposed to a "toy" environment.
