Scottish Centre for Healthy Working Lives

The Scottish Centre for Health Working Lives [1] was established in 2004 within the NHS, bringing together several previous initiatives, and works to provide information and advice on workplace health and wellbeing in the NHS. Its principal focus is to work with employers (enabling them to understand, protect and improve the health of their employees, and to support people with health problems who have re-entered work to remain in work), and also to support those who are not currently employed but are keen to get back into work [2].
